Methodology & Definitions Temporal Framework Analysis period: April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026 (30 days total) Comparative baseline: March 2026 for MoM analysis; April 2025 for YoY analysis Time standardization: All timestamps converted to UTC for global consistency

Monthly report capturing single-month performance and trends Geographic Classification North America: United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, Caribbean Europe: Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, Southern Europe

Others: South America, Africa, Asia-Pacific, West/Central/South Asia, and all other regions Movement Counting Methodology Global/regional statistics: Based on departures (segments) for comparability Airport statistics: Total movements (arrivals + departures) for capacity analysis

Route pairs: Bidirectional consolidation where A→B and B→A combined as single A↔B pair Operator metrics: Based on all global flight operations Country volumes: Departure-based counting from origin country Fleet Coverage & Scope

Aircraft classes: Light Jet / Midsize Jet / Heavy Jet / Ultra-Long Range / VIP Airliner Business jets only – jet aircraft used for private/charter/corporate operations Includes: Part 91/135 and global equivalents across all regulatory jurisdictions

Excludes: piston, turboprop, scheduled airline, military, and aerial-work missions As some operators are structured through subsidiaries and certain aircraft are registered under separate legal entities, aircraft ownership or affiliation may not always align with conventional market perception

Statistical Calculations Growth rates: Year-over-year percentage change calculated as ((2026-2025)/2025) × 100 Market concentration: CR5, CR10 represent cumulative share of top 5 and 10 operators Regional share: Percentage of global departures originating from each continent

Utilization rates: Aircraft utilization = active days / total period days; Model utilization = average of all individual aircraft utilization rates for that model Data Quality Standards Minimum thresholds: Routes require sufficient movement volume for statistical validity (thresholds vary by analysis)

Aircraft variants: Similar models grouped (e.g., Challenger 300/350/3500 as "300 Series") De-duplication: Multiple legs same day counted once for utilization, separately for movements Missing data: Records lacking critical fields excluded; represents <0.3% of dataset

Presentation Conventions Percentages: Shown to one or two decimal places; may not sum to 100% due to rounding City names: Metropolitan areas used where applicable (e.g., "New York" includes TEB, HPN) Rankings: Ties broken by secondary metrics (previous period rank, then alphabetical)

Cross-border routes: Require different origin and destination countries Seasonal adjustments: None applied; raw data presented with context noted Traffic Measurement Approach Flights/Segments: All global, regional, and country-level statistics based on departures only, the standard method for comparing business aviation activity worldwide

Airport Movements: Airport-level statistics based on movements (takeoffs + landings), as both operations impact airport capacity and ground handling
