Avi-Go data shows that NetJets' North American fleet structure is undergoing significant restructuring in Q1 2026. Citation XLS operations dropped sharply from 12,660 movements in the same period of 2025 to 9,419, a decline of 25.6%, with the type's fleet share narrowing from 9.8% to 7.3%. The Citation Sovereign declined in parallel by 24.2% to 4,651 movements, with the two legacy types' combined share compressing from 14.6% to 10.8%. Meanwhile, the Phenom 300 bucked the trend with a 21.1% increase to 31,317 movements, its share rising from 20.1% to 24.1%, making it the largest beneficiary type during this transition window. This structural shift has clear policy backing: NetJets officially discontinued the sale of Citation XLS jet cards in January 2026 and accepted its first three Citation Ascend aircraft as replacement types in May 2026, the latter having received FAA certification in November 2025. Prior to the Ascend ramping up to full capacity, the Phenom 300 has effectively absorbed the primary capacity gap.
