📉 Deer Jet's Beijing Operations Decline for Three Consecutive Months: July Sees Year-on-Year Drop of More Than Half
Deer Jet's operational intensity in Beijing continues to weaken, with the decline widening month by month. Avi-Go data shows that from May 1 to July 30, 2026, the fleet's combined business aviation movements at Beijing Capital (ZBAA) and Daxing (ZBAD) airports totaled 113, down 35.4% from 175 during the same period last year. Broken down by month, May's 54 movements were flat with last year, June's 46 movements fell 29.2% year-on-year, and July (1st to 30th) saw only 13 movements, down 76.8% year-on-year, with the pace of contraction clearly accelerating. Capital Airport accounted for 103 of these movements, or 91.2%, making it the absolute mainstay; no movements for this fleet were recorded at Daxing in July this year, further concentrating capacity at Capital Airport.
Impact: The rising load on a single hub means Deer Jet's ground support, slots, and maintenance resources in Beijing are more dependent on Capital Airport alone, correspondingly narrowing operational flexibility; the sharp drop in July's operational volume will also transmit to load planning, scheduling, and staffing arrangements at its Beijing station.
