🐎✈️ Deer Jet's Flight Volume Rebounds, Hangzhou Becomes the Heart of Its Network

Deer Jet has seen a notable acceleration in flight activity over the past month, with its capacity heavily reliant on Gulfstream aircraft. Avi-Go data shows the fleet logged 218 flights over the past 30 days (June 27 to July 26, 2026), an increase of about 44% to 49% from the 151 flights in the prior 30 days. Hangzhou is the absolute core airport, with 22 departures and 20 arrivals, while Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai form the second tier, and Tokyo and Hong Kong support cross-border demand. In terms of aircraft types, Gulfstream models accounted for a combined 176 flights, or 78.2%, of which the G550 (71 flights) and G450 (50 flights) alone made up 53.8%, while another 41 flights were handled by ACJ widebody aircraft for high-capacity and charter missions.

Impact: The rebound in flight volume, combined with the heavy concentration of Gulfstream aircraft, means that scheduling and maintenance pressures on the fleet's mid-to-large business jets will rise accordingly. Hangzhou's strengthened hub status places higher demands on local FBO ground handling and parking resources.

Recommendation: Starting in August, Hangzhou FBOs should secure parking positions and service slots in advance for the fleet's Gulfstream aircraft. Deer Jet may consider scheduling maintenance check windows for its G550/G450 fleet ahead of the summer peak to avoid capacity bottlenecks affecting the fulfillment of cross-border missions.
