During the same period, nearby Renton Airport KRNT averaged only 13.9 movements per day, essentially flat at +0.1% month-over-month, indicating that the Seattle business jet growth is highly concentrated at KBFI, while KRNT—dominated by general aviation, training, and 737 deliveries—did not benefit. Earlier, KBFI's total business jet movements from May 1 to June 4 grew 21.5% year-over-year, with landings surging 34.2%, already exhibiting the one-way influx characteristic of event warm-up.

Impact: During the event window, KBFI parking spots, ground handling, and FBO slots will remain persistently tight, while surrounding airports such as KRNT fail to effectively divert traffic, concentrating capacity pressure on a single airport.
