Impact: Average daily traffic of approximately 15 movements provides a demand benchmark for CFS Aero to allocate on-duty personnel, commonly used spare parts, and AOG response capabilities. The near-equal number of arrivals and departures also enables the maintenance team to design relatively balanced workflows around arrival inspections and departure release. Airport service providers such as Fireblade Aviation can combine ground handling touchpoints with maintenance referrals to broaden the scope of on-site services.

Recommendation: Starting in August 2026, CFS Aero should establish a work-order register categorized by aircraft type, ground time, fault category, and response time, and track it separately from the airport baseline of 609 movements. It should also monitor average daily movements and the actual number of maintenance engagements over the next two complete 30-day periods, then adjust inventories of commonly used parts and on-duty shifts accordingly.
