European CJ4 Flights Fall 8.5%

AVI-GO Intelligence · · Interactive version with charts

✈️ Citation CJ4 Flights Departing Europe Fell by 68 in September

Citation CJ4 business jets departing Europe recorded fewer completed flights in September 2026 than in August. Avi-Go data show that, when filtered for departures from European countries and the Citation CJ4 aircraft type, flight volume was 802 from August 1 to August 31, 2026, and 734 from September 1 to September 30, 2026—a decrease of 68 flights, or 8.5%. In both months, each completed flight was counted as one flight, using the same Europe-departure criteria. This change reflects the difference in flight activity for this aircraft type between the two months.

Impact: For operators assigning crews to Citation CJ4 aircraft, the 68 fewer flights in September than in August provide a basis for reviewing crew scheduling across the two months. Maintenance providers can also check staffing plans for this aircraft type against actual flight hours; the monthly change in flight count cannot be treated directly as a change in maintenance workload.

Recommendation: Relevant operators can compare August’s 802 flights and September’s 734 flights with their own fleet flight hours and crew scheduling records item by item before deciding whether to adjust Citation CJ4 resource allocations. Flight volume in subsequent months, measured on the same basis, is also worth monitoring.
