[Royal Jordanian](/entities/404b3a8b0c6d5dd480af9adf02ceb9bc) Airlines, the national carrier of Jordan, has selected Ramco Systems' next-generation aviation software platform to support its next phase of growth, following a comprehensive evaluation of global aviation software solutions, Ramco Systems announced on August 24, 2026. The software will cover Engineering and CAMO, Maintenance across Line, Hangar and Shop, Supply Chain Management, Safety, Quality and Compliance, and MRO and Part Sales, giving Royal Jordanian a unified digital environment with centralized technical documentation, audit-ready reporting, digital task cards, mobility tools and dashboards. The platform will integrate with Royal Jordanian's existing IT systems to enable paperless operations and real-time visibility across functions.

Samer Majali, Vice Chairman and CEO of Royal Jordanian Airlines, described digital transformation as a key pillar of the airline's growth strategy, citing its ongoing fleet modernization and network expansion as drivers for investing in advanced operational technologies. Sandesh Bilagi, CEO of Ramco Systems, said the selection reflects trust earned through serving the aviation industry, and noted that the platform's AI and agentic automation capabilities would support operational resilience as Royal Jordanian grows.
