The 20th edition of the Rex Fuels Global Expo & Conference will be held on 31 August 2026 at the Grand Millennium Muscat in Oman, gathering participants from the fuels, bitumen, petrochemical, logistics and infrastructure sectors. The event coincides with accelerating road construction across India, Oman and the wider Middle East: India's National Highway network has grown from 91,287 km in 2014 to 146,572 km by March 2026, a rise of nearly 61%, with more than 45,500 km now four lanes or wider and 22,590 km completed under the Bharatmala programme.

Oman's Vision 2040 infrastructure programme forms part of the regional backdrop, including the 135-km Sultan Said bin Taimur Road dual-carriageway project, the roughly 71-km Sultan Faisal bin Turki Road project, and upgrades along the Al Rusayl–Nizwa corridor. In August 2025, Oman opened the Duqm Airport–Ras Markaz dual carriageway, spanning more than 51 km including 42.9 km of dual carriageway and 11.5 km of service roads.

The conference will address bitumen supply chains, demand trends, modified binders, performance-based pavement specifications and logistics linking Gulf refineries with markets in South Asia and East Africa. The event is organised by Rex Fuels Management Pvt Ltd.
