Igneo Infrastructure Partners, a global infrastructure investment manager with USD 29.7 billion in assets under management, has acquired FlightServ's fixed-base operations at Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) in Trenton, New Jersey, through its Infinity Aviation platform. The deal marks Infinity Aviation's third location and its second bolt-on acquisition.

FlightServ operates fuelling services and approximately 80,000 square feet of modern, purpose-built hangarage completed in 2023 at TTN, and the acquisition includes a development parcel that Infinity Aviation plans to convert into additional hangar capacity. The transaction adds hangar capacity in the New York/Philadelphia metropolitan general aviation market as part of Igneo's broader North American strategy to consolidate on-airport infrastructure businesses in key US markets.
