The hiring drive signals continued demand for rotary-wing crew in the UK shared-ownership and corporate helicopter segment, particularly for pilots with heavy twin-engine type ratings.
Flexjet Helicopters, a shared helicopter ownership company, is recruiting First Officers for its United Kingdom operations. The company operates a fleet of Sikorsky and Leonardo helicopters based in the South of England, the Midlands, and the Channel Islands, serving the UK and beyond.

Candidates must hold a valid UK ATPL(H) or CAA CPL(H), or an EASA equivalent acceptable for validation, along with an Instrument Rating, a minimum of 500 hours rotary total time, and a valid UK Class 1 Medical certificate. A type rating on the S-92, AW139, S76, or AW109 is required, as is a valid UK Passport or the right to work in the UK, and an English Language Proficiency rating of at least level 5 on an EASA licence. Desirable qualifications include an EASA ATPL(H), a valid EASA Class 1 medical, multi-pilot experience, and previous commercial, corporate, military, or North Sea helicopter experience.
First Officers will be functionally responsible to the Captain during all flying duties, assist with passenger briefings, support flight safety culture, and maintain crew coordination standards. The role requires availability for weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and overnight trips, with employment subject to successful completion of line training.
